5 Dualistic Mind States that prevent us from having a Peaceful Mind.
1. The Judging Mind
The Judging Mind is created by thoughts that think in a way that compares one thing to another, flipping to one thing as the best and flopping to the other thing as the worst. This is how a dualistic mind works creating a higher and lower richter scale of ranking. It is a true caste system that is held in the mind, that becomes one’s guide line to assess what it is perceiving in the world by judging it as good or bad. This mind likes to judge all things even itself. It perceives by comparing, categorising and analyzing things as higher or lower, preventing this mind from experiencing things as they are. This mind only experiences what it projects from its judgments. This limited mind uses up so much time and engery/prana creating thoughts that engage judgment. That this mind cannot experience a peaceful state of mind while it continues pursuing its judgments.
2. The Planning Mind
The planning mind loves to plan things. It projects into the future to plan. This mind can get lost in the planning and plans it makes preventing it from being present. It creates expectations that it can not live up to. The planning mind has groups of thoughts that plan together which becomes the story for the planning mind to follow. There are many ways the planning mind likes to work, which keeps this mind completely busy, enthralled and distracted for as long as the planning mind continues to plan its plans.
3. The Resisting & Worrying Mind
The resisting mind likes to worry, this worrying supports the resistance, they are a team which keeps the mind from experiencing things as they are. The resisting mind likes to live in the past and project into the future so its scope is very limited as it is not present. This mind repeats its old projections of past experiences that are held as threatening and are to be avoided at all costs. The resisting mind pushes things away using worrying to place the mind into a loop or a cycle that goes around and around in circles. This creates the perfect get away for this mind to not take responsibility and to continue to maintain the resistance that it so desires. The resisting and worrying mind has a richter scale of ranking, it ranks the events or experiences that it has experienced in the past on this scale and over time these events or experiences are exaggerated and dramatist by the constant cycle of worrying and rehashing the past which ends up expanded and distorted. This allows this mind to justify to itself that it is a victim and cannot possibly take responsibility for its actions or even accept that it does have choices. This is a very convenient and crafty deluded check mate that this mind places itself in.
4. The Controlling Mind
The controlling mind loves to control things, it controls all things around it, near it, beside it, and even behind it. It controls by pretending to be safe or in control of things as it has no understanding of it, giving it a false sense of power. This controlling mind is a frighten mind. It grasps out there manipulating things to come under its control. This mind has endless excuses as to why it needs to control things or itself. This mind lacks the understanding of reality and lives in its own created reality. It forces things into submission to fulfill its terms & conditions of how things should be.

The if land mind avoids the present moment by staying in the constant state of avoidance, assuming and dismissing what is. The if land mind has its

own reality that it creates from the made up stories that it tells itself entrapping this mind in stress, drama, distortions and delusions of reality. This prevents this mind from experiencing any authentic state of peace as it is not relaxed or present. To this mind peace is only but a projection of what it thinks peace might be like.
